• There is a LM-1C manufactured to the specified test pressure and leak volume, and a LM-1C-J1 Series with specified leak volume.
• Create the specified leak amount at the specified test pressure
• Manufacturing precision within 5% of the requested leak volume.
• However, for less than 2mL/min, manufacturing precision should be ±10～20%.
• Easily and reliably run a sensitivity check of air leak tester.
• The change in leak volume is small, so it can be used stably over the long term
• Can also be used for external pressure detection (secondary side measurement) method
• Can be directly connected to our air leak tester calibration port
• By using dedicated adapter, connection is possible when doing piping from workpiece to tester
• By changing the leak master to a dedicated seal plug, it is possible to easily return to normal inspection status (no leak status)
• Traceability certificate is available upon a request

LM-1C Series Specifications

- The LM-1C Series is used as an ideal determination device, so it can be manufactured with your desired leak volume.Please specify test pressure and leak volume in the range below when ordering.

- Test pressure 1MPa or above is supported with LM-1 AH special order.

- Manufactured with requested leak volume in the below accuracy.

・For flow rate 2 mL/min or above, manufactured within  5% accuracy

・For flow rate 0.8 mL/min or above, manufactured within  10% accuracy

・For flow rate less than 0.8 mL/min, manufactured at  20% accuracy

- Configuration: LM-1C (with filter joint/clear cover)

- Accessories (adapter/seal plug/filter element/O-ring)

＜About Flow＞

Cosmo Instruments displays the leak volume as “equivalent flow” and “conversion flow” The requested leak volume is manufactured with equivalent flow.

■ E.FLOW（Equivalent Flow）: Flow measured at 20°C and 1atm. The flow is not affected by the environmental condition.

■ C.FLOW（Conversion Flow）: Flow measured at the ambient temperature and pressure that is converted to the flow at 20°C and 1atm. Flow varies depending on the environmental condition
